7. Stop Biting Fingernails- I am 32, I mean come on!!! CHECK!!! I have not bitten a single finger nail this entire month!!!! I can't say the same for my cuticles but luckily that wasn't my resolution!
6. Save Money- one of these days we will actually do this!! CHECK!!! We have actually had a REALLY good Month!!! We are way below budget in a lot of our categories, go US (orrrr 529 plans haha)
5. Have fun! Enough worrying about the mess, the chores, the plans that
were, costs of babysitting, etc etc. 2014 is all about fun!! Fun with
my kids, fun with Eric, and fun with my friends and family!! I want to
make awesome memories and live every day to the fullest! CHECK!!! This weekend is jam packed of fun with and without kids!! This whole month has been great and packed full, so far so good!!
4. Health- Not just losing weight...but my goal is 45 pounds by May
1st. I want to have healthy meals that make you feel good. I want to
work out, not necessarily every day but when I miss a day not drop off
the deep end. My goal is to run a 5k towards the end of April, without
stopping! I am going to surround myself and put myself in situations
that make me feel good and are good for my family! I want to be around
for a long time for my two angels and I want to be healthy! Ehhhh not Amazing but have been back to doing T25 which is good, eating has been in so that is better than going out, but we did have an ice cream splurge and the weekends continue to kill the good work of the week. I did go to an essential oils thing too and am excited to receive my pack and see what I can do naturally cuz I absolutely hate pills!
3. Acceptance- I am going to accept things which I can not control. I
am not going to judge other peoples decisions as they are trying to be
the best they can be and have different priorities then me. I am going
to accept things for what they are and not dwell, worry, or let it
linger. Work in progress, but definite improvements on fixing my head!
2. Be a great mom and wife!! Eric is a great hubby and Ryan and Emily are amazing kids and deserve the best me at all times. We have had a really good family month, I never will be the perfect mom but I am hoping to be perfect to my kids!!
1. Be grateful and show gratitude! For the next 365 days I am going to
blog about something I am thankful for that day. I have a great life!
Great family, great friends, amazing husband, and the best kids. We are
healthy and happy and there is no reason I shouldn't be happy at all
times. I am going to find something in each day that makes me happy and
share it here! CHECK!!! Doing a 365 days of Gratitude challenge and I love it, I love looking at my day and all of the things I have to be happy and grateful about!!!
