4 Months

My little sweet pea!!!

Ems, Emie, Emily, sweetest little thing to have ever lived...any of those will do haha!  But really you are just an amazing baby, so go with the flow, you don't fuss, don't cry unless your hungry, you love to be held but are cool to entertain yourself, you're just perfect!  Yes I know I completely jinxed everything but you're just such a good little baby.

Today was your 4 month appt wha wha whaaaaaat!!!!  4 months has just flown by, everyday seems faster than the last.  I think you grew every single day this month and you just seem HUGE compared to the day before.  You hold you head up great, have been in the bumbo and exersaucer a few times, not a huge fan and just prefer to be snuggling...works for me!!!  You smile ALL the time and it is the cutest thing.  You have really started squeaking and squealing and trying to talk.  You notice Ryan and laugh at him, adorable!  He is really into giving "sister" kisses these days, so you have also experienced quite a few head butts as well.

You weighed 13 lbs 5.2 ounces and were 24.5 inches long!!  You are sitll in size 1 diapers just because I ordered WAYYYY too many when Costco was having a sale, once we get through as many as we can we'll move on to size 2's.  You are in 3-6 and 6 months clothes, thanks to Aubrey we are not lacking in the clothing dept!  I would say we are now 50/50 breast milk and formula, sleeping at least 12 hours a night, maybe 1 or 2 cat naps during the day but at 12 hours a night you won't hear me complaining.  You are still sleeping in your rock and play in your room, best baby purchase ever.  We'll prob just keep you in there until either you don't fit or get close to wiggling your way out, hey if it's not broke don't fix it.  You are also quite the wiggle worm, kick kick kick, same as you were on the inside.

This month you celebrated your first Halloween!  You got to wear your costume a few times, daycare halloween pictures, daycare halloween party, and of course Halloween night!  You were a cute lil lady bug and had to be super comfy as that thing was just a big ball of cotton, again, thanks Aubs!  You aren't really interested in any toys, you would rather just be held and cuddled.  You LOVE being sung to and talked to and goochy goochy gooooooed to.

You are such a light in the house, a contagious smile, a happy demeanor, really makes you realize what actually matters.  Coming home to that smile everyday, brightens our worlds!  You are daddy's little girl and mommy's little angel.  I want you to be my baby girl forever and ever and ever, the sweet and little innocent baby you are right now!  We love you so so so much little doll baby!!!
