Borderline boring sums up this week. On average everyone was very low scoring (3 teams over 100), except Mrs MARRIED Captain Chaos finds a way to pretty much double her opponents (Rookie) score from the middle of the carribean. Both undefeated teams go down this week, Beach Bums over Victorious Secret in a fairly close match up, and Redskinettes over Breakayafacea by umm A LOT. Tequila Patriot lost Vick early- no 40 point performance for you went into the Monday night game needing 19 points from Brandon Marshall. Not so much, Matt Schaub and the Tight Ends hang on to win the game. Slapaho Warriors went into Monday night needing a big game from Justin Beaver, Oh I mean Tom Brady and came up 4 points short giving Foosballisthedevil the W. And in ohmygodthankthelord news the Bit^^s finally win a game over Cabbage Patch Kids keeping them from going 0-4 and their owner going off the deep end!!
Tonight also marks the beginning of try outs for my Chantilly Youth team (first night of 3)!!! Hopefully in the next couple hours while I sit here stressing (what's new right,) I can rewind far enough to remember what these girls feel like trying to make their first travel team, however seeing as though I can't remember what I was doing yesterday, 20 years ago might be a little too much to ask. Of course while I sit there with my clip board, analyzing and writing down notes on each player and picking the "best" 10 girls , every one of their parents will be watching my every move. I am so excited and nervous...wish me luck picking my championship team!!!
