date night IN...

Every once in a blue moon our super busy schedules allow us a night just the two of us!! I love these nights, maybe because they are so far and few between it always gives me something to look forward too!! What's better than spending the night with the one you love. Well this Friday night we did just that. We got home from work, hit the teet, I went for a run while Eric played Nintendo and then we met in the kitchen for our date night cooking!! Make your own Pizza, score!! One of the top 3 meals on both of our lists. Not just any pizza but healthy pizza and cheap (because saving money has been the theme of the month)!! And because I am entering the ingredients into my weight watchers plan as I type this I will share the deets...

Natures Own Healthy Multi-Grain Sandwhich Rounds (BOTH sides) 100 calories, 1 WW pt
Cento Pizza Sauce (1/4 cup) - 30 calories, 0 WW pts
Onion - 64 calories, 0 WW pts
Hormel Turkey Pepperoni (1oz serving size) - 70 calories, 2 WWpts

mmmmmmm deliciouso!!!!

And for some entertainment we rented Hot Tub Time Machine, which was ehhh!!
