Offer Approved!!! We have a new house!!!

In Typical King fashion we make decisions by the seat of our pants and change our minds about what the future plans are every 10-15 seconds.  Nothing different here, we had just decided to stay in our current house- Eric just accepted a new job and a new baby coming in a few months- made sense right?!?!  Well we went and saw our new house on Saturday, and made an offer Sat night, right before they had an open house on Sunday!  Found out about an hour ago, offer accepted and we settle on June 17th, nothing like waiting till the last minute!!!  Luckily all we need to do is paint Emily's room purple and everything else is perfect!  Never a dull moment round these parts!!!
