14 Months

My BIG boy,

I literally can not believe it's been 14 months, where has the time gone!??!?!  This has been an awesome month and you are just the coolest little kid.

 

Got your second molar on March 8th, top left one, same side as the bottom one!  During the month you weighed 25 pounds, we had to go back to the doc and make sure your ear infection cleared up.  You seem sooooo much bigger every couple days.  Sometimes when you are in your high chair I feel like I don't even recognize you.

FOOD!  OMG you love food!  Your normal day is waffle, banana, and cheerios by the HAND full in the morning, fruit (strawberries and blueberries) or veggies (cucumbers and tomatoes) mid morning, lunch is usually chicken (I boil is so it shreds easy), green beans, and backed potato or mac-n-cheese, however if we have left overs from the night before sometimes you get those, yogurt and more cheerios in the afternoon, and for dinner you get whatever we are eating without the spice!  You eat everything and a ton of it, you also had your first happy meal- hamburger and french fries, a little fast food on the weekend never hurt anybody right?!?!  Blast from the past, hamburger helper is a huge hit for all of us, yummmm!!!  When you're done eating you waive your hands in the air and say "Done/Down."  "Done/Down" also means up and out, haha, and you have learned "more" in sign language.

Milestone alert, Milestone alert- you are WALKING, February 18th took 8 steps and it's been more frequent ever since..  You are very wobbly and prefer to crawl, but yes you can walk and make it across the room doing it.

 

Fun events!  Ginny's 1st birthday- sooo cute, I love seeing you two together!  Mom's group at Ginny's was so fun, I can't believe how much you have all grown and have these personalities now, it's adorable.  We also celebrated Aiden's 1st birthday!

When you hear an airplane it's an epic event around here.  You point, you go look out the window, and you say "WHOOOOOA,"  It's adorable and very frequent since the airport is in our backyard.  You are obsessed with outside, like won't come in, and when you do you stand at the back door and whine until I let you go back outside.  Daddy put your little car together that Whit and Galen gave you for your bday so we have been able to enjoy a few walks in that.  

We still take baths together, and I still love it so much!  We splash and play and then wash and Daddy puts you to bed while I finish my bath!  You go right to sleep, we are so lucky (this month that is)!!!  You conk out no matter where you are and what you are doing at 7:30 on the dot, we are trying to push that till later by taking advantage of the time change but have only been successful until about 8, you sleep until 6:30-7 each morning, no complaints here!  At daycare you have been mostly on two naps this month, on the weekends you have really only done 1 and most of the time it's the morning one and then you are up the rest of the day!!

Size 4 diapers, size 18-24 months clothes, you are very chatty but other than Mom, Momma, Dad, Daddddddddy (which you say ALL the time), Wocko and Down we can't really make out all the words.  You are hillarious, point with your little finger to everything especially our mouths you are fascinated with mouths.

You are amazing and we love you so so so much!!!
